2 Seatown is a newly renovated coastal cottage in the quiet and historic Seatown area of Lossiemouth, designed to be warm, accessible and environmentally responsible. The single-storey layout features wide doorways and level access, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility and for relaxed, easy holidays. It has achieved an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) at the highest level, reducing the property’s carbon footprint.
The cottage is ideal for two guests, with provision for a third via a sofa bed in the open-plan living area. Snuggle round a real wood burning stove in the winter or gaze out the window over the river, towards the Esplanade, new bridge to the East Beach and beyond the dunes to the sea. The view is ever changing, depending on the height of the tide and the weather and is always appealing! Dogs are welcome and there are flat coastal walks from the door.
There is an open patio area just in front of the cottage and an off road parking area, with an EV charger which guests are welcome to use at cost. We are excited to be welcoming our first guests now.
