"Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. The room was rather stark with a television that glitched quite a bit but we were not into the room that much. "There was a problem when I arrived and they said the garage was full but I showed them my confirmation of garage reservation and eventually they agreed that I could park my motorcycle in the garage as agreed in writing 2 months earlier when I booked. The hotel should make sure that they sort this problem out as the reception said it happened many times to other people…."
