"I left my shaving kit in room 160 when I checked out this morning. So thankful that I received a call from the front desk to tell me they have it. It contains prescription medications so I need to get it back. On my way back to AZ I will again stay at your hotel and will pick it up when I stay there around Jan 2nd or so. "This hotel has become my standard for my last night in Abq. I return the rent car the night before flying out in the morning. Their shuttle service is 24/7 and no waiting usually. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. This hotel has recently renovated the rooms. Everything is clean. Has a bar and restaurant. "
