"Ran into an issue upon and the staff resolved it quickly and gracefully. It's not the nicest hotel, but good for short stays and easy access to the freeway. Parking is not free though, so be mindful."

"From what I remember, service animals are free but pets (I think it might only be regarding dogs) have a fee. Ac works great. Bathroom was clean and the room as well. I think the only thing we wished they would’ve had was breakfast only because we had leave for our trip and didn’t have time to go to a local cafe. Parking was also $10. "

"3pax for 5days stay. Room we 1st got was not cleaned so they had to transfer us to a different room that’s smaller and no seating area. It had 2chairs and we asked for an extra chair but hotel said they didn’t have any extra chair to provide. Shower area was cramped. Also used the hotel’s laundry room but laundry detergent dispenser wasn’t working and we used the dryer for 2cycles(50min each cycle) but clothes came out still wet. Minor things but keep in mind, we stayed there for 5days so you’d think they’d provide a more comfortable stay. Only upside is that it’s walking distance to a lot of food options, pool area was nice(3ft-8ft deep) and beautiful, close to Griffith observatory, Hollywood sign, Hollywood walk of fame, Beverly Hills, Rodeo drive, downtown LA, California Science center museum and anything east or West Hollywood area. Basement Café was also a plus for your morning drinks and snacks."

"Torn spots on the bedding, a loose hair on the mattress, and face & body soap bars that left a strange filmy residue on your body till it was scrubbed off with a towel. You're definitely getting your money's worth here - for better and worse."

"The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon check-in, as there were visible soap stains on the floor from the wall-mounted dispenser. Additionally, housekeeping did not service our room the following day, despite a staff member knocking and asking if we wanted it cleaned. At breakfast, the pancake machine was also not functioning correctly, resulting in undercooked pancakes being served."
