"Clean rooms and excellent helpful staff "

"I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake. Lovely spacious room too 5 Star."

"Good variety of food in buffet Fridge & safe in room, but no kettle 10 min walk to sandy beach Plenty of free street parking nearby"

"Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!"
