The space
This spacious 3-bedroom home is centrally located in a quiet safte comunity neighborhood. This house is comfortable, clean, and has so many awesome features - it is a must-visit!

The large master bedroom has a King-sized bed with attached bathroom with Bathtub and Showers.

Bedroom 2 has queen-size beds.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed.
Bedroom 4 with in the hall way with no door feet for kids with 2 queen beds.

There are also Blow matress you can use it in the office.

This home features hardwood flooring, family friendly. updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, big refrigerator & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, etc. If you plan to do any cooking or baking during your stay, this kitchen will not disappoint.

Other things to note
Jacuzzi water heating free for 2 hours additional $150.00 per day 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.
Pool water heating additional $250.00 per day.

There are kids playground settings in both areas.

This is a Guard Gated Community. I will allow access to all the guests. There will be a pass issued to the vehicle that they will be driving in for the amount of days that the guests will be staying at the property.

Before requesting a reservation please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture, and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I'm entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.

No drugs or smoking anywhere on the property
No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.
No parties or events
No glassware in the hot tub
