I booked this VRBO because I needed something close to my family, simple to access, and affordable. It checked those boxes. It’s a basic, no-frills place to stay with the amenities you need for one person. The location isn’t anything special, but it was convenient for my purposes. There was a bit of miscommunication around entry, and the space could have been a little cleaner (some cobwebs on the ceiling and dust), but overall it met my needs and served as a lower-cost, practical option close to my sister. You can occasionally hear the family in the main unit, but it wasn’t a major issue.
