Guest Access:
✹ GENERAL: As guests, you can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ PARKING: Free secure, gated parking is available for 1 vehicle, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The space is suitable for compact cars, small SUVs and pick-up trucks, and mid-sized minivans. Please note that parking spaces are not assigned. An additional 2 guest parking spaces and a disabled space are also available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free high-speed wifi available throughout the entire home, plus a designated workspace in each of the 4 bedrooms so you can get your work done in privacy.

✹ PETS: Furry friends are welcome to join you on your LA adventure! A small additional fee of $150 per stay is charged. We ask that you notify us of any pets in advance of your stay. Failure to pay the pet fee will result in a $250 penalty.

✹ SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. Failure to observe the rules will result in a $250 penalty charge. You may smoke on the balcony with a closed door.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

✹ CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 5 PM. We can accommodate early check-ins for a $50 hourly rate.

✹ CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 11 AM sharp to allow our cleaners to prepare the property for our next guests. Late check-outs may be accommodated and charged at a $50 hourly rate. Please enquire at least 2 hours in advance to check availability.

✹ LARGER GROUPS: If you have a larger group, we have additional townhouse units available for booking, subject to availability.

✹ MAIL/PACKAGES: AirBnB recommends NO mail or package deliveries; you can arrange a P.O. Box or pick up directly from a UPS or FedEx store.

Getting Around:
* We recommend owning a car which you'd have a free parking spot for.

Alternative transportation is, however, available and accessible close by such as:

* Car Rental
* Buses
* Taxis
* Both Lyft & UBER operate in the area

There are limited parking spaces available for small compact cars, small SUVs, small pickup trucks, and Mid-Sized Minivans.

It is first come first serve parking, one parking space for each of the five private townhouses.
 But don't worry if there's no space left, you can always find a space to park on the street.

We are accessible 24/7 for our guests via the Airbnb app.
 Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.
