Sunny 2 Bedroom Garden Cottage with Hot Tub on Topanga State Park

  • Nestled high up in the sandstone peaks of Topanga, the cottage is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

    Built in the 1940's, the cottage has been lovingly renovated and cared for over the years.

    Situated in an oak grove, adjacent to the state park, and surrounded by a native plant garden, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind and listen to the birds (and wild peacocks) sing.

    Enjoy the hot tub, dine al fresco, beach, hike and make a cozy fire.

    Our property has two houses on it. The lower house is The Cottage and the upper house is our home. The Cottage is private and the yards are separate.
