Balcony has Ocean views with an outdoor deck. Kitchen has full Thermador stove and oven. Miele dishwasher, Bosch washer & dryer. French door refrigerator. Brand new 55" Sony OLED TV. Downstairs has a gated sitting area with Ocean views! Amazing sunsets for dining or cocktails. We're only 1 block to the Ocean and 2 blocks to downtown Manhattan Beach. 1 Block to basketball and Tennis courts. Beach accessories include, surfboard, chairs, towels, blankets, cooler etc... This also includes a garage space for 1 car and 2-3 shared parking spaces with the downstairs studio.
