Comfortable and convenient

Our stay was very comfortable with everything we need at a convenient distance. We were able to park in the garage and having the chairs/toys/boogie boards was a nice perk.

Perfect Girls' Weekend

This property was perfect for a relaxing girls' weekend!! Super close to the water, absolutely EVERYTHING you would need to enjoy the surrounding beaches, very clean, nicely appointed!!! I will mark this property a "favorite" for future trips.

Small older beach house near the ocean. We used the beach chairs once, though the weather was cool for April. Second street has nice shops and restaurants.

The crashing beach

Our stay was fantastic! The place was bright and airy. When you opened the front door you could hear the sound of the waves crashing. About a mile away was another beach (Naples) i would recommend this as opposed to swimming the ocean. But a GREAT place to get away and hear the beach and relax!

Home Away From Home

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. Whenever I’m in town visiting my daughter I love staying at this home; it’s perfect! I highly recommend this property. You’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

Heaven on earth

What a wonderful, relaxing few days we had at this property. It is steps from the beach and bay sides of the peninsula. The home was perfect for being together as a family and enjoying the beach. There were plenty of sun, sand and water toys to keep us all busy. The A/C didn’t get very cold in the bedrooms, but I will take that as an offset to how wonderful everything else was here. I wish I had found this place years ago, I would have booked it a few times a year.

Electrical Safety Resources

2 week work trip. I would definitely bring my family out. Maybe 50 yards from the beach. Lots of fun to be had in a 1 mile area. Great beds and atmosphere.

Meeting our grandbaby...

It was a perfect location for us to visit our new grandbaby, relax and walk on the beach just feet away from the front door and we were able to meet as a whole family one evening for dinner in the home. Communication was great - easy access and accommodation. Would stay again for sure.

This location is in walking distance to ABYC. We had plenty of room for My son and his sailing partner as we brought his Nacra 17 catamaran to practice for the 2028 Olympics!

BEACH Cottage

I was traveling solo for R&R and it's exactly what I got. The area was very quiet and I felt very safe and the house was situated Between the Ocean and the bay. The house was lovely and very clean and well organized and I hope I can return.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week staying on the Long Beach peninsula in this adorable beach cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated and sufficiently appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There were lots of beach equipment to use, a brand new bbq, and was steps away from both the ocean and the bay. Thank you for letting us use your place!

Great Beach getaway

This adorable home was footsteps from the beach and board walk. We had the beach to ourselves on a Friday morning. The house comes well equipped with beach items. We will totally book again.

Perfect location that felt like home

The property was located in the perfect location for my families vacation. We traveled with small children so being this close to the bay was ideal. However, at night when we needed to exhaust some of their energy we walked along the beach side. The property was well equipped with everything that we needed and even had amenities that we weren't expecting.

In a quiet neighborhood just steps from the ocean. Great that it had a garage as parking on-street would have been a problem. Cute, clean cottage. I would go there again. We had a nice stay. Thank you.

Cute and cozy beach house close to the water

This property was the perfect size for four adults to enjoy some much needed vaca time. Clean, comfortable and fully stocked house. Walking distance to the beach in either direction (one way is a wall of sand and rougher waters, the other is perfect for families and a nice walk in the bay) Centrally located house with a quick drive to grocery stores, coffee shops and tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the Long Beach area.

Wonderful tranquil setting

Our stay was wonderful - we enjoyed daily walks on the beach and it was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed and was just the right amount of space for us. The sunsets were amazing while the ocean breeze and crashing waves kept us in a perpetual state of calm that we so desperately needed. The property managers were great at communicating and met us as we checked in to make sure everything was ready for us.

Relaxing Getaway

The location is fantastic. The sound of the waves provide a relaxing atmosphere. The place is well-equipped, clean, and spacious. I loved that it was a pet-friendly rental which allowed us to have our fur babies with us. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. It is a quiet neighborhood which adds to the peaceful and beautiful ambience We will certainly return and recommend Shawn and David’s place.

Lovely Coastal Vibe and beach access

The cottage was lovely, exactly as pictured. It included a well-stocked kitchen, charming living room, and cozy beds. The neighborhood was charming. We enjoyed the Vibes Cafe on 62nd PL, the restaurants on 2nd Street, and the Creama Cafe and shopping in Seal Beach. The close proximity of Vibes Cafe and 2nd Street made it easy to get around without a car. Our walks along the beach and being able to hear the sounds of the surf from inside the cottage enhanced our trip to see family. We would love to stay again and have already recommended the cottage to other family members. Thank you for having us.
