House Noise Policy

This is the front unit of a duplex property with a shared wall. Please be respectful of the back tenant at all times. Guests must avoid disturbing the back unit, especially during late-night hours.

City quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
House Rules & Checkout Instructions

Thank you for being a great guest! Please follow these simple steps at checkout:

✔ Place dishes in the sink
✔ Clean up spills, trash, and messes
✔ Take out trash to outdoor bins (as instructed at check-in)
✔ Do NOT use the green bin (yard waste only)

-A $20 charge per person may apply for failure to follow checkout instructions.

Smoking Policy

No smoking of any kind inside the home (including cigarettes and marijuana).

Any smoke smell or evidence will result in a $100 fee.
