Private and large studio. Upstairs guest suite with private entrance. Lots of storage. Comfy queen bed and pull out queen sofa. Spacious bathroom with tub. Lots of storage and closet space. Perfect space for any length stay. Kitchenette has large sink, cooktop, microwave, hood, refrigerator, garbage disposal in walnut cabinets with quartz countertops. Has heating and cooling.

Assigned parking on site. (Only 1 assigned parking space will be provided)

Please note that the city requires a residential permit to park on the street over night.

The unit is private with private entrance.
The backyard is shared and guest are welcome to use it
