-Check out is by 11am -Leave key and the 2 garage clickers back on the hooks. (Garage clicker is not needed to exit from the garage) -No dirty dishes or pots left to be cleaned
-Close and lock all windows -Please leave HVAC off. If you have closed any AC vent, please open them back up. -Would you please let me know what time you plan on checking out?

Excellent base for LA area exploration

Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.

Great Place to stay

The apartment was as described and filled with everything one could need. It is secure with entry control and it has gated parking! It's quiet too. I will stay here for my next trip to LA in April if it is available... Rita was an excellent communicator and very flexible with my emergency request for an additional nights stay.

Just Right!

This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. We had a great time. It was perfect!

Great Apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our trip! It was located next to shopping, and dining, so we could walk to get whatever we needed. Most importantly, Rita is a wonderful hostess - she made sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely stay there again.

Outstanding in every way

We’ve stayed at this property 4 times. It’s a great condo and really safe, fun neighborhood convenient to many other parts of LA. The owner Rita is incredibly responsive. The condo is well equipped and comfortable with indoor parking and a quick elevator. We’re already booked for our next stay.

Comfortable stay in greater LA area

We enjoyed staying at this well-stocked condo as a central location for the different places we visited in the greater LA area. The Murphy bed worked well for our adult son, while the 2 bathrooms helped everyone get ready in the mornings. Rita’s communications with us were clear and we felt welcome. Visiting our daughter in Alhambra

We stayed here to visit our daughter who is attending school in LA. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Host communicated well. Location is amazing! An easy walk to restaurants and Starbucks for my morning coffee:) We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful cozy condo in great neighborhood

Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Rita's condo in Alhambra for a week. The stay was perfect. The condo felt cozy and comfortable and full of character. It was like I was staying at a friend's home and not a cold hotel room. The surrounding area was full of places to shop and eat out too. I highly recommend staying there and look forward to another stay next time I'm in the area. Thank you Rita for the delightful condo.

Christmas visit with family

We thought the property was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Our neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The surrounding restaurants and businesses were close enough to walk to, and provided a great variety to choose from. The owners were wonderful and answered any questions quickly. We highly recommend this property.

Wow! Just...wow!!!

I wish I stayed at this place when I visited LA in the past! I will never ever stay in a hotel in the future. What I look for are just 3 things: Cleanliness, safe parking, responsive host. This place has it all! The unit is very clean and well equipped. The beds are sooooo comfortable! The garage parking is secure and always has spots available. Most importantly, Rita is extremely friendly, kind, and responsive. Her turnaround time is lightning fast. She's extremely helpful and patient with me regardless of how stupid my questions were. Thank you, Rita!
