Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Torrance retreat. This terrific house offers a soothing atmosphere for guests to relax and recharge. The home is located in a convenient neighborhood, close to SoFi, The Forum, LAX, parks, restaurants, and shopping. It's also just a short drive from the beach, so you can easily enjoy all that Southern California has to offer. Great for freelancers on short assignments.

Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking amenities and living room is furnished with couch, coffee table, and TV.

Property has two homes and back home is rented out.
