Spend a year in LA! Our Silver Lake home is located at the top of a quiet street and is a tasteful mid-century, one-level, fully furnished house with 2 bedrooms, a garden office and a dream custom-built kitchen with 12 ft wooden ceilings and Thermador appliances.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress and fitted floor-to-ceiling California Closets, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed and opens onto the back garden. 1 bathroom (shower but no bath).
Frame TV, Casio digital piano, hardwood floors, and a large garden with patio and grill, 2-car driveway. Sonos speakers in the kitchen and lounge. The garden is sheltered and private with a table tennis table, BBQ, and comfortable garden furniture. Heat lamp for chillier evenings. Cute A-frame tree house for the kids!
Good local park down the road. Great coffee spots all around.
Just a few minutes walk from Sunset Boulevard and Sunset Junction. Great restaurants, Farmer's Market, boutiques, bars, live music venues, and cinemas. Griffith Park, Silver Lake Meadow, and Elysian Park are all close by.
Perfect for a small family or couple. No smoking or pets. No shoes in the house, please. There is a house alarm for security. Perfect year-long retreat!
