No parties/events/filming unless prior approval. Unauthorized parties will result in non-refundable security deposit and minimum fee of $2,500.
No Loud Noise/Music (we are in a private, residential neighborhood). All music/noise outside must be turned low by 9pm and off by 10pm.
No Unregistered Guests. Exceeding number of guests/visitors will result in a deduction from the security deposit amounting to $100/person/night.
