DEPOSIT WAS NEVER TURNED BACK

The service was awesome and amazing, but there was one issue , One Problem , My Deposit Was Never Returned After The Owner Had Said I Would Receive It Into My Bank Account The Same Day Of Check Out And Haven’t Received Anything Yet , Hopefully The Problem Can Be Fixed Soon I’m A Hard Working Single Mom..

The stay was okay for the price you pay for. No insects, however, the room didn't seem as clean, there was an old modelo bottle in the bathroom. The floor was kind of sticky and some of the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in a while. The staff were nice and parking is available. Also, it was not clearly stated the $100 needed to be in cash.

Read your reservation very carefully

Our stay at the Plaza Inn was comfortable but few things need hopefully in the future can change hot water took about 15 minutes just to get hot. They also can look into having places where you can at least hang your coats and clothes up they only have two small dresser. I can say the price was very affordable. The location to get to our destination was comfortable not out of the way mostly Central to wherever we had to go. Make sure when you book your trip at Plaza Inn that there is a cash deposit but you get that back when you check out. I can tell management is trying to upgrade their hotel from the outside to today's time.

Hotel has very small parking lot and room was empty. Had no closet, no shelves, no shampoo, one trash can in bathroom. 2 Very small pillows. And never answer their phone for help.

The blinds were broken so privacy was limited the front desk. Man was very rude. I didn’t like his attitude or the way he handled things in the sense of getting our check-in and room key.

Beds aren’t comfortable

We got room 204 room looked overall clean but you could tell the don’t really clean well their was a green peace of chewed gum on the shower wall I’m guessing from the previous guest. The bed was not too comfortable pillows the same. The day off check out which I always do is I removed all the bedding pillow case to make sure they get changed for the next guest ,while I was doing that the mattress protector was stained it have me the eww . The bath towels were stained. That’s it .

room was small, missing bathroom mirror, to expensive, security deposit was too high, room needs to be remodeled. no microwave, no refrigerator, shower tub needs scrubbing. would not go their again.

We needed to go pull out cash for deposit. Bed was hard like sleeping on metal sheet and bath towels were visibly dirty with stains. Sheet were dirty and sink area was dirty.
