Gated estate nestled in nature features a main house with 5 bedrooms, vaulted wood ceilings, tile floors and updated bathrooms. Property complete with pool, hot tub, indoor sauna, tennis court, and absolutely mesmerizing views. Great location, close to Santa Monica with all that Malibu has to offer.

****Your booking must include the total number of people on the property at any time. No extra guests or visitors for any period of time. No gatherings, parties, events, or any filming, photography, commercial use allowed. Unregistered guests on the property will result in double the regular fees being charged, and more than 14 people on the property at any time will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Please note no dogs on the property due to HOA rules and wildlife in the area.

The pool includes a seated area that has jets but it does not heat up like a traditional hot tub. It will be the same temperature as the pool (when heated, around 85 degrees).

There is a separate "barn house" 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms with yard on the property which is NOT included in this booking. If you would like the additional bedrooms and yard area, you can find the link in my profile or I can message you the link upon request if you cannot locate it. We do not rent them at the same time, if you book the main house you can rest assured you will be the only group on the property.

If you'd like to add on the barn house exterior/yard only but not the barn house itself (includes large lounge area, gas firepit, cedar sauna, gas BBQ, tons of seating) added for $200/night.

They were very responsive to any questions. The place was gorgeous. I had all 6 of my kids there and with hiking, tennis, the pool, sauna and the VIEWS we spent a lot of time on property. We had planned on exploring more of CA but once we got there no one wanted to leave very much. So much fun!
