Great place for short stay near Claremont Colleges

We stayed here on commencement weekend. It was far enough away to be out of the Claremont traffic, but close enough to get to all the activities in a timely manner. Hosts were gracious in their effort to accomodate my parents who are in their 80's. All in all a good place to stay.

Nice and Clean

House was just right for our needs during our Thanksgiving vacation in CA. Owner was very gracious and communication with her was great. Extra supplies such as liquid hand soap and tissue would have been appreciated but we just bought some items ourselves. Prospective renters: Be aware that there is an attached unit to the house (included in the rental description), so if you're a light sleeper and IF the guests there are noisy, it may be an issue for you. We heard music and talking well after the start of quiet hours (10 pm) on a couple of nights. It wasn't super loud but the walls are thin. We weren't bothered by the noise so we didn't need to contact the owner. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!

I would never rent it again

Place was clean, got to the property and there was 2 men working so already felt uncomfortable spoke to the host about it she said she didn’t know they left 3 hrs later and left a mess so I didn’t want to go use the back yard , garbage disposal was not working every time I did dishes I had to use a plunger, host lied and said the person that lived in the back was on business wanted to sleep in couldn’t lady in the back works us all up. Over all I would never use that house again and I have pictures to prove it. Contacted Vrbo they called her emailed her no response. If i knew all this before hand I would have cancelled my rental but it was too late .. so Sad
