Please note: the fourth bedroom is located in the attic level and does not have central air conditioning — a standalone fan is provided for comfort. This bedroom is well-suited for cooler months or guests who prefer a cozy, tucked-away sleeping space.



    Two fully equipped gourmet kitchens make cooking and entertaining effortless, whether you're preparing casual breakfasts or hosting sunset dinner parties with fresh local seafood.

    The entire home — all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and the private outdoor spaces with direct beach access — is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. No shared spaces, no other guests.

    Parking: 2 spots in the driveway plus carport spaces. Please pull all the way forward in the driveway. Street parking is also permitted on PCH — please follow all posted signs and avoid blocking the bike lane.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located in the Encinal Bluffs of Malibu — one of the most sought-after stretches of Pacific Coast Highway — this beachfront home puts you in the heart of California's most legendary coastal landscape.



    Zuma Beach, one of LA County's most beautiful and expansive beaches, is just minutes north. Point Dume State Beach and Preserve — with its dramatic bluffs, tide pools, and whale watching — is a short drive. Leo Carrillo State Park offers secluded coves and camping just up PCH.



    For dining, Nobu Malibu, Moonshadows, and Geoffrey's are all nearby — some of the most iconic ocean-view restaurants in Southern California. Malibu Country Mart and Malibu Lumber Yard offer boutique shopping and casual dining just off PCH. Paradise Cove Beach Café is a classic Malibu staple minutes away.



    Santa Monica is approximately 30 minutes south on PCH, and Los Angeles is easily accessible via the 10 freeway.



    Getting Around:

    There are 2 onsite parking spots in the driveway and more are located in the carport. Please make sure to pull all the way forward in the driveway.

    Note: Street parking is allowed on the Pacific Coast Highway and there is no permit required. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.
