Only daytime events for up to 25 people are allowed with an extra fee, and maximum 10 people during Quiet hours.

- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Private events $500 extra per day.
- Commercial events such as film, photography $1000 extra per day.
- Pet fee: $200 per pet per stay.
