Beautiful mid-century modern home in Los Angeles near Universal Studios

I had the pleasure of staying at this home for just over a month while I was stationed at Universal Studios for film work, and I can honestly say it was one of the best mid-term rental experiences I’ve ever had.The home is beautifully restored, preserving its original character while offering every modern luxury you could ask for. My spacious primary bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the spa-like shower made it feel like I was staying at a boutique hotel. The kitchen is absolutely stunning, with quartz countertops, high-end appliances, two refrigerators (which came in surprisingly handy), and a beautiful dining area with gorgeous mid-century modern lighting. The separate studio was an incredible bonus it gave me the perfect space to edit photography, work on projects, and even accommodate visiting guests with the additional bed. The backyard garden was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind after long production days.The location truly couldn’t be better. It felt extremely safe and was incredibly central just minutes from Universal Studios, with easy access to Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Downtown Los Angeles. Having private driveway parking was another huge advantage.What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the host. She went above and beyond to prepare the home specifically for my needs before I arrived and was always available whenever I needed anything. On the rare occasion an issue came up, she responded immediately and resolved it without hesitation. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel completely at home.I honestly cannot recommend this property enough. It exceeded every expectation, and if I return to Los Angeles for another production, this will be the first place I try to book. An absolutely outstanding home, an incredible host, and an experience that deserves every one of its five stars.

The Rosievelt Luxe Boutique Studio

The Best Traveling Professional Stay I’ve Ever Experienced 🏡🌟🥰As a traveling nurse, I spend months at a time living in temporary housing all over the country, and I can honestly say that the Rosievelt Studio has been my favorite stay by far.I booked this studio for a three-month assignment, and from the moment I arrived, I knew this wasn’t your typical rental. It felt more like a private luxury boutique hotel designed specifically for traveling professionals it even came stock with all of my favorite snacks and breakfast items.The studio is absolutely stunning. Decorated in the Golden Era of Hollywood style, you truly feel like a Hollywood VIP every time you walk through the door. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated from the beautiful furnishings and lighting to the retro refrigerator and stylish kitchenette. The entire space is elegant, comfortable, and incredibly functional.One of my favorite features was the dedicated workstation. The adjustable sit-to-stand desk and collapsible worktable made it easy to work remotely on my days off and stay organized throughout my assignment. The layout is exceptionally well-designed and maximizes every inch of space without ever feeling cramped.As someone who works long shifts, privacy and peace are important to me. The Roosevelt Studio has its own private entrance, and throughout my entire three-month stay, I was never disturbed once. It felt like my own private sanctuary in Los Angeles.Another incredible perk was the laundry service offered every two weeks. I simply placed my laundry outside, and it was returned washed, folded, hung, and beautifully organized. Even my bedding was refreshed. For a traveling healthcare professional working long hours, this level of service was invaluable and made daily life so much easier.Parking was another huge advantage. I drive a large Mercedes van, and having a dedicated parking space in the driveway was absolutely perfect. Finding secure parking in Los Angeles can be challenging, so having my own guaranteed spot was a major benefit.The hosts were exceptional. They were kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality made me feel welcome from day one.I have stayed in corporate housing, furnished rentals, extended-stay hotels, and short-term rentals across the country, and nothing has compared to the Roosevelt Studio. The combination of luxury, privacy.

Artist’s dream home in LA

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Incredible Stay A Hidden Gem in Los Angeles!This home exceeded every expectation my family and I had. The owners have done an incredible job revitalizing this beautiful California Modern Mid-Century home while preserving its original charm and character. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, blending timeless design with modern luxury.The spa-inspired bathroom was absolutely stunning, featuring floor-to-ceiling white marble, glowing backlit mirrors, and premium toiletries that made every morning feel like a luxury hotel experience. The entire home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches.As a professional photographer, one of my favorite surprises was the dedicated photography studio complete with multiple backdrops. I was able to create beautiful images during my stay, and having access to a large iMac for editing was an incredible bonus that I never expected.The kitchen was gorgeous, with quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and everything needed for cooking family meals. There was even a stylish coffee and cocktail bar area that became one of our favorite gathering spots.The hosts truly thought of everything. They provided a complete beach kit, including a paddleboard, sunscreen, and all the essentials for the perfect California beach day. My family absolutely loved it.The location couldn't have been better. We were only minutes from Universal Studios, surrounded by a beautiful, safe neighborhood, yet still close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. The outdoor garden and gazebo area provided a peaceful place to relax in the evenings and enjoy the California weather.The home comfortably accommodated my family of six, and there was still plenty of space. The full-size washer and dryer were incredibly convenient during our stay.What impressed me most was the level of hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday, and the hosts left a special birthday gift that genuinely touched our hearts. I highly recommend this property. I even left a $50 tip for the staff because I appreciated them going above and beyond to make my extended stay extremely enjoyable and custom. I took great care of the property as if it was my own and truly appreciate host like this who opened up their homes and give others the opportunity to live like a local in Los Angeles. Lisa
