The courtyard is shared with the Main house, offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD)

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Violations may lead to reservation cancellation and loss of any security deposit. Please note that outside furniture and decorations are not permitted.

Groups and party-sized visitors are not allowed. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors,

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 2 guests, $25 per person, per night.
