Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This 2bed 2bath corner unit is located in one of Long Beach most desirable neighborhoods close to the 22 Fwy, 405, and 605 fwy. 3 min drive to mothers beach, Whole Foods, Belmont shores, 2nd st shopping, restaurants, and bar scene. This condo has over 1500 sf. Of living space, 82 inch tv in the living room and 65 inch tv’s in each additional rooms, pool table, 2 patios with outdoor seating and tables. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, this is a resort style community of 55 and older residents so please be respectful of our neighbors no loud music, smoking at the pool, violators will be asked to leave without REFUND!

Long Beach Luxury and Location

We loved our stay. We were within minutes of shopping, dining, LBSU and almost everything a person could want in Long Beach. Our unit was perfect. It provided for all our needs. Our host was gracious, friendly, sincere and responded to our every question and need. We would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous holidays in Long Beach

We stayed in the apartment for a month. Besides that the apartment itself is very convenient, cozy, its location is great: a pool, jacuzzi and a tennis court right there; very convenient access to highways, supermarkets, marina, the Centre of Long Beach. The owner of the apartment is always available and very helpful.

Awesome Condo

This condo is a great place to stay. We had an excellent experience with the owner/host. The condo was in a great location. The condo is located in a quiet gated community. The condo has 2 comfortable king beds; well stocked full-size kitchen; pool table; large living room and a large couch; 3 large TV's. I would highly recommend this condo to all my family and friends. We will stay here the next time we are in Long Beach area.
