The property is exactly as advertised and has wonderful living space and ocean views. The property is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The host greeted us and gave us a very helpful tour of the property and showed us how to operate various items. It was all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this property. This 3rd annual Manhattan Beach trip was by far the BEST! :) The largest contributing factor was Ala’s home, hospitality, and how well he’s fully stocked home with all the unique luxurious amenities, cleanliness, and the fact of all the good energy in the home from the TLC Ala’s put into it. There is NOT one thing that we went without during our stay… from BBQing on 3rd floor balcony, sunset/beach views, fire pit, 4 bike ride, all beach necessity’s from 8 chairs, surfing/boogie boards, beach toys, and the outside strong warm shower to rinse off. So much more to list. We’ll be back again!!

Great family weekend!

This home was just as described online! The living space was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive especially as it relates to having equipment for a 15-month old baby - there was a baby gate, high chair and crib available and all set up when we got there. And the kitchen is very well equipped, which was great since we like to make some meals when we travel with the family. A great view and easy access to the beach made it perfect for our needs as well. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Christmas stay!

We loved our stay at the house. It had everything you could imagine. Ala was extremely communicative and left a bottle of red wine and macarons for us to enjoy. We never felt like there was anything missing or lacking. Great location, one block from the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the deck and listening to the waves at night. Walking distance to the strand with tons of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We would definitely book another stay at the house.

Manhattan Beach Labor Day Weekend 2024

Beautiful property with beautiful view. love how the balcony sticks-out allowing more expansive views as we all hung out and enjoy our time together. There are surfboards, boogie boards and bikes. The amenities were high end, BBQ, toaster/air fryer, Viking stove and oven. Definitely would come back! Thank you Ala for your quick responses and for the wine and bottled waters.

We had a great time. This house has everything you could need. The home has beautiful views of the ocean and is in a great location of Manhattan Beach. The owner, Ala was so easy to work with and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. I planned this trip months in advance for my daughter’s 18th birthday. He explained all about LA from shopping, to dinners, to what to see.. etc. It was a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer. I would most definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Manhattan Beach Property

This is our second time staying at the property (so of course we like it). It has everything going for it — fabulous location — a couple blocks from the beach/strand and easy walking distance to pier, restaurants, and shops; updated and attractive; ocean views; nicely decorated; beautiful top floor whether you are cooking a family meal, dining, watching a family movie, or sitting on the terrace with drinks around the fire pit and watching the sunset over the ocean; nice bedrooms with privacy; parking for three cars; and quiet location. We are regular visitors to the MB area and we just really think this is a great property. Also, Ala the host is terrific. Super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We were visiting for our elder daughter's graduation from USC. We could not have picked a better property for the week! True home from home comforts in an amazing location! The description was absolutely accurate and the property immaculate! We loved the layout and amenities of the property, especially the outdoor fireplace! The location is incredible (we so loved walking along the beach front to the restaurants) and the immediate area beautiful. Any questions we had for suggestions/recommendations were promptly answered by the landlord who was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing stay

All the stars for this property and for Ala! Perfect location on a quiet street but close to everything. Never used the car, walked to restaurants, groceries, shopping, the beach and the strand! Property is very well equipped from beach gear and bikes to spices in the kitchen. Great for relaxing. Soaked in the bathtub and used the yoga mat for yoga and meditation. Comfortable living area that opens to a wonderful outdoor space with fire pit and great ocean views! Ala was so friendly and available to answer questions and help with anything. Paradise in California

My family has stayed in many rentals across the US and this is by far our favorite. Everything is seamless. There is nothing the house doesn’t provide - including coffee and a welcome bottle of wine. We were able to have an incredible beach day with all the provided supplies. The bed was so comfortable I had to take a picture of the bedding tags so I could order them for my own house when I get home. The house is spotless. We didn’t cook but they had all the supplies to cook fabulous meals. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and stores. Close to the airport. It doesn’t get better than this!
