This property was very pleasant. Wonderful entrance and lobby. Checking in was incredible... thank you Ms. Ruth for your great service. My son and I appreciate you so much! Our room had a wonderful balcony with great views of LA. It was literally 5 minutes from Rodeo Drive and the house car was available to give us a ride. We ate outside of the hotel most of the time as there was a mall down the road (house car will take you there) with many restaurants and a full service supermarket. I will definitely stay here again!!!
This was our second stay at the Intercontinental Century City. As before, service was excellent. Great view of downtown LA from our balcony. Hotel offers convenient, free shuttle service via Tesla SUV to newly expanded Westfield Mall. One of the best on-site Japanese breakfasts.
Beautiful, 5 star hotel located next to all major areas of Los Angeles. Spacious, well appointed rooms with full size bathrooms. A true delight and very highly recommended.
The staff were outstanding - from the reception desk, to the restaurant, to the valet parking. 10/10. We booked two rooms - King with terrace. One had a real terrace like in the photo, the other just had a balcony, but it also had a separate living room which was nice, so they were of equivalent standard. The rooms were newly renovated and comfortable, as was the lobby/restaurant area, but the bathrooms and the hallways were tired looking, and in need of renovation. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and would return.
We had a lovely stay at the Intercontinental. Everyone who works there, that we encountered, from checking in, concierge, valet, room service, restaurant, etc., were friendly and extremely helpful to us. We would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making our first time in L.A. a most pleasant experience. 😊
Great location but old property, needs maintenance

Great staff!!! Rooms need updating/desk in room had paint bubbles all over it, like someone was cooking something on it, couch trim was aged/falling apart, etc. If the price is right, need a place to put your head down, I highly recommend it.
Such a beautiful view!! Me and my Hunny decided to treat ourselves this v-day and this was such a perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with him. All work and no play just to stop and recharge like this? I could do this more often :P We tried ordering room service around 8:30 but the line was busy for quite a while (understandably, dinner hours). So we just ordered a pizza, a classic on v-day. Overall our stay was an amazing little town-around-the-corner vacay. Much needed!!
PS: That view though!!!! I cant get over it!
After me and 3 girlfriends missed our weekend cruise minutes by 5 minutes due to a 4 hour delay out of Denver, We were given a lovely upgrade to a suite with a fabulous terrace. Jennifer from the front desk sent us a bottle of champagne and called to ensure we were settled and comfortable. YES! The InterContinental has a free car service that will take you to many restaurants in the area. We chose Villa Blanca and were driven in a gorgeous Tesla by Jordan. Now that is customer service. My friends and I will be coming back to stay soon
We think this is a great hotel at a great location

Staff +++, but Rooms in dire need of refurbishment
Biggest downside: smoking on balconies! Sleeping with open windows is almost impossible. If you close the windows you are faced with an extreme noisy air-conditioning. Dresser and desk in flea market condition, the bathroom was outdated 20 years ago (but good water pressure)! Overall not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. But the staff was very friendly and inclined to make our stay pleasant besides the aforementioned issues (complementary breakfast).
Goo location with clean rooms and helpful staff. The view (looking westward) from my ninth floor room was impressive.

Good stay. Rooms in need of refresh
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff was great. Thought that the room was starting to feel outdated and definitely in need of a little TLC. The “heated” was pretty cold!
