  • Come and stay in this secluded 3 bedroom/1 bathroom property with its own yard. The home is equipped with 3 queen beds, a smart tv with all the apps you'll need, blazing fast WIFI, downtown LA skyline views, all the essentials for a comfortable living space and more!!!

    The home is located in the heart of Lincoln Heights (major cross streets are Broadway and Lincoln Park ave - see map on pictures). You'll receive the address upon booking

    The space
    Home features an open concept living room/kitchen with 3 bedrooms, each with its own AC unit. Home has a full bath and a washer dryer.

    The home is situated on a hill so it requires visitors to walk roughly 50 steps to get to the home.

    Other things to note
    This is NOT a party house. The neighborhood is very calm. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am are strictly enforced.

    Smoking is allowed outside of the property: back and front yard. No smoking inside.
