This beautiful modern coastal Hermosa Beach property is walking distance to beach, pier, amazing restaurants, bars, shops, & local activities. Enjoy a BBQ on the private patio after a fun day at the beach. Large, bright and airy home on quiet street. Sleeps 4 in two king size beds.

Completely remodeled with all new high end furniture and state of the art appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with center island and small dining room area. Free high speed internet & Smart TV for tons of free movies and shows. Free onsite laundry.

In addition to the one (1) car garage, there is additional parking on street with parking permit. *Additional parking permit, requires a $250.00 security deposit.

Nearby biking, hiking, paddle boarding, surfing, volleyball, tennis, fishing, sailing, and many more activities. 6 miles = LAX, 1 mile = Manhattan Beach, 21 miles = downtown Los Angeles, 31 miles = Disneyland.
