Newly remodeled, you can smell the paint, outside was okay. You can tell the building is an old building. Staff was really nice and helpful.

I booked 2 rooms for my family & my kids for one night. I usually travel & go to different hotels but I don't think I'll stay there one more time to be honest especially with paying that much. The night staff was very nice gentleman. The motel/hotel itself not well maintained. Our sheets, covers & towels had black spots on them (which I saw before on other reviews before I go) & some of them teared. There was no hot water in showers. No usb to charge phones so I had to get adapters from somewhere to charge our phones. A/C panel was broken so I had to guess which button is which. TV remote is broken. Some guests were smoking weed in the hall way which wasn't good for our kids to smell that. Generally I wouldn't go there unless you really reallyyyy stuck & no other options for spending a night in that area.

Water pressure was excellent in the shower area. Parking was great and free of charge!, compared to others that charge up to $50 per day!! You have a choice of room service cleaning per day or you can request just towels and trash service per day… this was a perfect location for us depending on the family we was visiting in the area.

This place was decent; pretty comfy bed, we didn't experience any bed bugs (unlike some reviews, appreciate that they cleaned up), not much amenities but there's a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, overall it felt pretty clean. Walking distance to good food places in Gardena. Parking was free and they have a garage. The rules posted on the window were a bit off-putting. Overall, it worked for our purpose and a decent stay.

Bed sheets , towels, and pillows cases dirty. Bathroom shower dirty. Had to go and get my own sheets, pillow cases, and towels at target. Food left over from last guest in fridge. Seems as if the room had not been cleaned. Never again
