  • Welcome to our picturesque hillside retreat nestled in the trendy Silver Lake / Los Feliz neighborhood! Get ready to experience the epitome of California living in our sun-drenched home with 3 private garden patios that offer views of the Silver Lake Hills.



    Stay connected with blazing fast WiFi, and enjoy entertainment on our 55" HDTV with Sonos sound system for a truly immersive experience.



    Our home is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a 6 person Swedish sauna, central AC/heating system, Nest Thermostat, digital locks, Keurig pod coffee maker for your daily caffeine fix, and a BBQ for outdoor grilling. Sleep soundly on our Tuft and Needle mattresses and relax on our comfy couch. Plus, with a full-size washer/dryer, you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. For families, we also offer a travel crib and high chair.



    Our home features a separate downstairs studio with its own bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and workspace with a sit/stand desk and HD computer monitor that’s great for working from home.



    Explore the vibrant neighborhood with just a 9-minute walk to some of the most incredible boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars that Silver Lake / Los Feliz has to offer including La Colombe, Pine and Crane, Tartine bakery, and Erewon Market.



    When you're ready to venture out, LA's most iconic locations are just a short drive away. Immerse yourself in the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, soak in the artsy vibes of the Arts District, explore the natural beauty of Griffith Park, or indulge in some shopping in Beverly Hills.

    We offer free street parking in front of the house. There is no parking on the property.

    QUIET HOURS:
    We have a strict quiet hours policy after 10pm. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood and we want to be good neighbors.

This house was accurately described, clean, and comfortable with several hang out spaces inside and outside. It’s great for a friends’ vacation. The downstairs suite is separate from the living/kitchen/two other bedrooms which could be a positive or negative depending on your group.

Blake's home in Silver Lake was perfect for a weekend away visiting LA friends. Nice place, central to everything

Really liked this place. Great location, clean and had some thoughtful details (phone charger, dimmers on the lights, Jack and Jill bathroom that worked well in a small space, workout area with mats and weights). One thing is that I did not realize that it was two separate units. That was not ideal with little kids. But otherwise really great.

Wonderful home in vibrant area of LA

We stayed in this adorable home for a mother/daughter trip, and it could not have been better for needs. The layout allowed the (younger) adults to have their own space in the lower unit and the moms to each have our own room above. The home has everything you need, but its the outdoor spaces that make it special. Coffee (ok, mimosas) on the patio in the morning was our favorite. The area is adorable and fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend taking walks around the neighborhood (the hills are butt burners for sure), as the architecture and scenery are stunning. Blake was incredibly responsive and helpful - a wonderful host. We will be back!

This house is super clean, well-decorated, and was comfortable and convenient with many amenities. Great location within walking distance to charming shops, restaurants, and bars. And the host was helpful and available to answer whatever questions we had. The bedroom on the lower level has a separate entrance, which was perfect. It was a lovely place to decompress and served as a terrific home base in Silver Lake. And the check in and check out process was so easy (there wasn't a laundry list of things to do before checking out). Would highly recommend it!

Airy Contemporary LA Retreat on Quiet Street

Gorgeous airy contemporary home with stunning terraced backyard provided us with a private luxurious retreat in the hills above LA. The home consists actually of two separate units connected by outdoor steps. Perfect for family traveling with adult kids! Top notch appliances and decor. And dog friendly too! This property was absolutely wonderful. Our family of four (parents plus two teens) visited for a long weekend to enjoy the city and to see the Oasis concert at the Rose Bowl. We loved the convenience to all of the major attractions such as Hollywood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and it was a quick drive out to Pasadena. We enjoyed the Silver Lake area as well. The property was beautiful with lots of room to spread out and relax both indoors and out. All of the amenities were perfect for a long weekend. Our host, Blake, was fantastic in terms of communication and providing local recommendations. Check-in/out was a breeze as well. We highly recommend this property!!
