Cozy place, nice size backyard with mini golf. Less than 20 minutes to Universal Studios, I would return if I’m back in the area.

The neighborhood is quite. It’s located pretty close to the freeway so you can get around easily.

Universal Studios Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The cost per night was reasonable. It was near amenities. The home was very well maintained and clean. It was stocked with everything we needed i.e. kitchen and bathrooms. It was nice to be able to grocery shop and cook instead of eat out which saved money! It was an energy efficient home with nice lighting and ceiling fans in each room. Putting green and hammock in backyard was a nice touch. Lighting outside home created a nice evening atmosphere. The only reason we didn’t give this a 5-star rating was because of the location. We appreciated the iron fencing around the property. We also appreciated being able to lock the front gate once we pulled our car into the driveway which helped us feel secure.

Accomadating host.

Up on arrival we noticed the living room TV was missing and the couches were badly stained, the host immediately replaced missing TV with brand new one, and blankets to cover stained couches, took his personal time to help set the TV up with professional installation to attach to wall the following day. I pointed out the issues I saw and host took pictures to note the damages that were there when we arrived. There was a plumbing issue in the back bathroom which the host took care of. The host gave weekly reminders for trash pickups. Even with the heater on, we had to use a space heater and the oven or warm the house, (much too cold for the newborns and small children), I'm sure if I had expressed this host, they would have tried to make us more comfortable. They beds and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots to cook in and dishes to eat from, I added my own mixing bowls and can openerfor other things. It was equipped with a washer and dryer but with the cold days and the older dryer, it might be more convenient to go to near by laundromat. The home has great potential, especially with a host like Manuel, I would have enjoyed the stay more during the warmer days. This was a new rental and the comments made were not to deter but to let host know about the issues I found miniscule but for future experiences. Manuel is a great host and we would happily book again.
