Perhaps the best stay this summer. Comfortable house, well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds. Great showers and bath amenities. We enjoyed the private driveway parking and easy access within Long Beach.

Beautiful beach charmer!

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay, just the right size, beautifully appointed and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and utensils so we could cook and we were minutes away from fantastic and delicious restaurants. It was hard to leave this oasis!

Lovely home

This beautiful home was the perfect place to come home and relax after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. It’s located in a great neighborhood and was peaceful and comfortable place to spend the week! The host was wonderful and very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Truly the perfect vacation spot near the beach!

Perfectly located!

Best location in our opinion, in Long Beach. Went to a wedding at the Long Beach Museum of Art (aka Claire’s). Convenient to the venue & to Belmont Shore. Perfect size for us. Would definitely stay again. Maybe next summer to get out of the desert heat.

Family Gathering

We needed a house with 2 bedroom & 2 bathrooms. This house filled the bill & was just 4 blocks from my brother's house. The house is compact, very clean with a full kitchen and lots of nice windows and the beds are comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood with many walkers. We walked to/from my brother's house every day & found all of the people we encountered to be friendly.

Works for work and for sure for fun!

Pleasantly surprised by a well appointed kitchen not often seen in most properties. Great location with short walks to stores, restaurants, and beach. Had work scheduled entire stay and was a nice space to continue work with colleagues and wind down. Definitely will extend stay next visit to have more time to enjoy the area.

Belmont Shores Son visit

House worked out great. Close to all 2nd St shops/restaurants and beach. Clean. Fixed heating controls and thermostat a pain to deal with. TV furniture extremely uncomfortable. Beds great. Kitchen fine.

Perfect little house

Communication and check in process were both very good. The home itself was very clean, spacious, had plenty of towels, blankets, loved the open main area and having 2 bathrooms. Driveway parking was such a bonus! Comfy beds and nice linens too! I can’t think of any negative things about the place.

Great each time!

This week was our second stay and everything was perfect once again. The easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and family drove our initial choice of this property and it far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is outfitted and supplied for gourmet cooking. It is just as it appears in the listing and it has a very warm stylish and comfortable vibe. Communication with the property manager is timely, comfortable and satisfying. We can't recommend this property any more highly and we hope to return for a 3rd visit in the not too distant future.

Perfection

The house is so charming and comfortable. Location is perfect…close to beach, restaurants and activities. I drove from Missouri to surprise my daughter. Our family of four adults stayed here comfortably. The owner stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This house was stocked wonderfully…coffee, water, toiletries, nice towels, paper products. We didn’t need to run to the store when we arrived. We simply enjoyed our time together.

Fantastic property!

We decided last minute to book a house in Long Beach for Christmas and have our kids who live in So Cal join us. We had a fantastic time. First, communication from the host was great throughout. Check-in instructions were easy and clear. The house was immaculately clean and very well appointed. I cooked on Christmas Eve and had everything I needed to prepare a meal. The neighborhood is beautiful, very walkable, with lots of people strolling with kids and dogs, and we enjoyed walking around and looking at all the beautiful old homes and the amazing architecture. We walked to the pier and spent some time on the water. There are restaurants within walking distance which is great. We just had such a lovely, relaxing time with our kids. And this won't be applicable to most, but I brought a mini Christmas tree to decorate, but to our delight there was a beautiful tree in the family room and the whole house, inside and outside, was beautifully decorated for the holiday. Something I totally didn't expect but was so enjoyable for all of us. I would totally recommend this listing for anyone staying in Long Beach. It's a beautiful home in a beautiful area.

Priceless Moments at the Craftsman House

My family and I had an opportunity to spend 2.5 months at the Craftsman house. We spent a lot of time on the front porch sipping our coffee, people watching, and enjoying each other’s company. The grandkids enjoyed racing up and down the sidewalk and riding their scooters. We had easy access to the beach and local grocery store. We enjoyed exploring Long Beach via walking, riding the city bus, biking and riding the motorized scooters. Some of us even purchased roller skates for added pleasure while on the boardwalk. Our host, Nancy, was in touch with us from the start of the reservation through checkout. She provided clear instructions which made it easy for us to check-in, enjoy the property and eventually check out. When we encountered problems, Nancy was quick to provide a resolution. For example, when we reported a problem with the smoke detector, she had someone onsite within a few hours to resolve the issue (the batteries had to be replaced). When we had connection problems with the TV (we were trying to screen mirror the NBA Finals on the TV) she provided support right away. She maintained the cleaning service throughout our stay, so we did not have to do it. She made it easy for our family to enjoy our stay and to take in all the beautiful views of Long Beach. The Craftsman house was equipped with everything we needed including a few extras like beach towels, backpacks, beach toys, snacks, etc. We had an AMAZING time and look forward to returning next
