Great Spot

This stay was wonderful, and was just what we needed for the night. The backyard was extremely comfortable, and so was the room itself. Recommend this location if you're traveling through the area.

Great neighborhood that’s super safe to walk around at night. Loved how it was a central location for me to do activities on the westside and everything I did was within 20-30 mins of the property.

Great option

Location is in a quiet residential area, with easy walking or mass transit access to most. Whole Foods and some great sushi/ bbq/sandwich places very nearby. Amazingly comfortable bed, cool decor, stocked kitchen. nice size place for one or two people. Very private. Would definitely consider returning !

Very friendly and helpful hosts, which made our stay a very pleasant experience. Nice small studio and great private garden with BBQ. Quiet and safe neighborhood with good public transportation into Santa Monica by Big Blue Bus.

Comfortable, friendly and safe

Eric was great at communicating ahead of time and was there to greet me when I arrived. The accommodations were clean and easily accessible - perfect for one or two people. The small kitchen provided a refrigerator, sink, stove, coffee maker and some basic spices and dishes. The room is a converted detached garage without AC but plenty of fans. I was there in late August and the temperature was comfortable. I highly recommended this little cottage.

Lovely

Upon arriving I had the pleasure of being greeted by Eric’s parents who live on the property and that made me feel very safe and welcomed as this was my first stay at this property. Eric and his parents are are very lovely family people. The area is safe, clean and very quiet. There is plenty to walk to and I was able to walk to work which to me is a huge blessing. Thank you Eric and family!

Great little spot and awesome host

Cozy little spot that was clean and functional. It’s nothing overly fancy but for the price the value makes this a top pick. Also, the host Eric was excellent. Great communication to ensure all aspects of my stay were meet. I will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.

Great little studio

This little converted garage was a perfect home base for a week-long stay. I was traveling alone and it was just enough space for me. I really appreciated the clean apartment and the shared outdoor space (I rarely saw anyone else out there), and I used the patio as a home base for work a few afternoons. Since I didn't rent a car, I also appreciated that a Whole Foods and Starbucks (and a pretty great dive bar) were within walking distance, and it was only a 10-minute Uber to the beach. I would stay here again for sure!

Great place centrally located in Culver City. The owner, Eric, was responsive and helpful! The guest house is a good size with everything you need including a full functional kitchen. The property is lovely with its lush greenery, orange tree and beautiful plants. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable (although there was a nasty looking stain on the comforter). The kitchen was adequate, nice to have that available. Bathroom also adequate, they provided pretty much everything you might need but I brought my own anyway. It was freezing cold and the only heat was a fan heater so I had to set my alarm early to warm the bathroom up a bit before I got up and took a shower, guess that isn't usually an issue in southern California. The location was great, quiet neighborhood, not too far from Santa Monica where my event was but much more reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Cozy and convenient while in town. Quiet and private it was plenty of room for the 2 of us.

This property was perfect for our stay in town. With a small but complete kitchen we were able to have meals every day. The bed was comfortable, bathroom large and not cramped. Although it rained most of our visit the back picnic area was so nice and the orange tree right there had many oranges on it and there were always fresh picked ones left on the table for us. As we were coming in late most evenings very late the gated entry was a nice secure feeling and the security lights lit up the path as we entered our area.
