Few other vrbos have matched the charm, comfort, and local access as this gem my husband and I had the pleasure of staying in. The whole house is nicely updated and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The beds are comfy, the yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood is so walkable you’ll hardly need your car. A truly wonderful stay and a very gracious host! I couldn’t have loved this house more!
This is a beautiful and well maintained home in a safe and lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shopping and all the amenities of the home including a well stocked kitchen. It was a great location for us visiting the Channel Islands and LA. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed here with our young children for 5 nights, the house had all the amenities, it was clean and was great to have that extra space with the kids. its close to supermarkets and highway, and we will definitely stay here again.
This place was very roomy, with a great retro ranch vibe. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor backyard was a great place to hang out, with tables, fruit trees. Beds were comfy, host very clear with instructions and a walkable nice neighborhood with lots of grocery stores, places to eat and even a bit of shopping very close. Perfect for family staying for our Pepperdine grad, we had plenty of room and were very happy in this house.
We had a wonderful stay visiting family. The house was wonderful and Colleen was very attentive to our needs. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and we loved the yard. It is close to everything that you might need.
This lovely home is immaculate with all of the comforts of home. The host was very friendly and gracious and has thought of everything to make this property a great experience. Spacious enough to relax and a peaceful backyard. We will definitely try and stay here when returning to the area in the future.

I really appreciated the communication from the owner and also how well equipped the home was- I was there to recover from a surgery and felt very comfortable. The home was clean, the rooms were all nicely appointed and the owner would check in regularly to make sure we were having a good stay! I definitely recommend the home and hope to stay there again :)
We were visiting to spend the holidays with family and this was so relaxing, and beautiful, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with every possible appliance, the backyard even had a pomegranate tree! The neighborhood was so walkable and the house dog friendly... we will definitely be back!

We spent a week in this lovely home in Westlake Village and it’s so conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It was such a surprise that the home was so well appointed and had everything we needed for our little ones. We stayed the month of March at this house. We thought it was well represented on the VRBO website. It was clean, neat and tidy and extremely well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Furnishings are adequate but basic and a bit dated. Our communications with the host were excellent. It’s a great location in Westlake Village, near to grocery shopping and lots of dining options.
The property was as advertised, quiet location, bright and open, simply lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The backyard, morning sunshine was peaceful and private. Lovely having coffee outside listening to the birds. Colleen was very communicative, prompt in responses and reached out to make sure all was going well and everything was to our satisfaction. Truly nothing was lacking. The location is ideal - close to freeway entrances, shops and numerous restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back to explore more of the area.
We loved our month long stay here at Colleen's place. It has everything you need, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, even an array of toys for our granddaughters when they came to visit. The neighborhood is great to walk around with pathways leading to a park and it is very close to all types of shopping and dining. Would definitely love to visit again.
