  • The house is centrally located, peaceful, newly renovated, 2-bedroom/1-bath guest home. The cozy guest house includes 1 queen bed in each bedroom. It is the 2nd home on a large private/secure lot in a safe neighborhood, includes large private patio. The house is very close to the Rose Bowl, the Rose Parade route, CalTech, JPL, museums, Old Town Pasadena
