- Quiet, peaceful townhouse in a safe Valencia neighborhood, centrally located and walkable to coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Easy access to shopping, golf, parks, and Valencia paseos for walking or skating, plus nearby hiking trails. Just 15 minutes to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Enjoy access to the pool and jacuzzi. Max 3 guests. Per HOA rules, guest information is required and will be submitted. Trash bins must be rolled out weekly, and the home has plants—watering is appreciated.
