Brand new home, built in 2022, using all of the finest finishes, with high ceilings, along with unique outdoor living space. Centrally located as you are within minutes of the finest DTLA's entertaining scenes, exciting museums, and restaurants. Short drive to Disneyland, and Universal Studios Hollywood, and. 1.5 to 2Hr drive to San Diego's theme parks Lego Land, Sea World, Safari Zoo, etc. High speed internet, central AC and heater, smart tv in every bedroom and outdoor dinning area to enjoy the L.A’s al fresco experience. Home is gated all around. Close to major freeways to be able to move easily around the city.
