A 3000 sf 4BR/2.5 BA house with a swimming pool, spa, open floor plan, living room with high ceilings, backyard with waterfall, BBQ, Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bathroom, plenty of parking spaces, and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The house comes with cable (150 channels), HBO, Showtime, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. The house is ideal for couples, families, and business travelers. Ideal for *photo/video shoots. There are five sliding doors (one from kitchen area, two from two sides of living rooms, one from master bedroom, and another from second bedroom) for you to enjoy the backyard, pool, spa, and waterfall areas seamlessly.
