Summary:
Storybook Cottage: Spacious, gated 2-3 BR home. Features: huge TV, comfy furniture, pizza oven, private backyard, orange tree, vintage piano. Near LA attractions: Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Hollywood (under 20 min).

The Space:
The property is gated with the access via coded entry.
This house is located in a great location near tons of stores and restaurants. Great freeway access and not far from LA's favorite attractions.

Guest Access:

DRIVEWAY: There is a guest house at the end of the driveway, but the driveway is reserved for main house parking. Please note that the owner’s car also be parked in the driveway, but one space is available for guests.

The Neighborhood:
This house is right off Sepulveda Blvd. Great location for everything you need, retail shopping, restaurants, gyms and entertainment.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to grocery story and coffee shops. A car is recommended to explore Los Angeles. Uber and rideshare services are also readily available.

Other Things to Note:
We have a ring doorbell security camera by the front door. Ring camera in the backyard. We also have an alarm.

For rentals of 28 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
