Previous stay was excellent. We had a few issues this time. TV would not turn on, no bathing gel in shower, did not have a Do Not Disturb sign to hang on door. Housekeeping knocked on door while we were still asleep. Breakfast buffet was good, but an included 20% gratuity seems high.

Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd
Clean room. Only complaint is I needed some daytime rest due to flight times and there was just constant banging next door from housekeeping. No reduction of stars because I know he needed to do his job.
