"We stayed 3 nights 4 days. I probably stay at this hotel 4-5 annually. On the third night I walked into my room and it smelled like sewage. Immediately contacted the front desk. They did an AMAZING job getting me into another room close by. My room also did not have hot water the first 2 nights."
