"Breakfast was amazing with free water while dinner you had to buy water which was strange Indoor pool we didn't realise until we went to use that children aren’t allowed to use which was a shame as that was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, they should have a n hour slot a day where they can use it and kids club closed for two of the 4 days we were there which was another shame"

"This place is centrally located and perfect to get to the center and to the water. I recommend they improve the lighting in the bathrooms. Only two small pin lights in the ceiling. Room is spacious- front desk staff very cordial. "

"The main staff/manager Jesos is a man with many hats 1) he checked us in 2)he showed us in to breakfast , made our tea/coffee every day, showed us where everything was 3) sorted us out with a new key card when ours stopped working 4) helped my husband with technical issues on his ipad twice 5) checked us out Basically he was on hand throughout our 3 night stay, he is very welcoming, friendly, helpful We look forward to returning to tbe hotel later in tbe year The housekeeping was brilliant, very thorough too It is a great location for the strip About 3 mins walk We were close to the beach and about 20 minute walk to the arches Fab hotel, fab price, fab manager, fab housekeeper "

"Nice hotel in a great location close to bars and restaurants. Room spacious and excellent facilities. Could provide free water which is typical of most 4 star hotels and better pillows. The long bolster was quite hard."
