Since the apartment is on the ground floor it is easily accessible both for wheelchair use and for elderly guests.
There is a clubhouse with a good and varied menu and reasonably priced drinks.
The complex is only a few minutes drive from the award winning beaches of the Mar Menor with its pleasant promenade and views towards La Manga and surrounding area.
Nearby at the town of Los Alcazares there are numerous bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, together with a variety of low cost supermarkets.
The apartment is just over 5 mins driving time from Murcia, San Javier airport, so you will be in your apartment ready to start your holiday before you know it!! Alicante Airport is an hours drive away approx. so is also convenient for access.
