"Ocean view room, clean and comfortable"

"I recently stayed at Dreams Jardín with my family and overall had a great experience. The hotel is nicely located, and the breakfast spread is excellent with a wide variety of fresh fruits and juice options. The pool area is perfect for both kids and relaxing in the sun, although you do need to reserve sunbeds quite early in the day. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our stay. A special highlight was the sunset bar—definitely not to be missed. The selection of drinks and cocktails is impressive, and the bartenders are always smiling and provide amazing service. We also really appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful service on our last day. Even after checking out, we had a late evening flight, and the hotel provided us with a changing room to shower and freshen up. This allowed us to fully enjoy our final day, including water sports and a beach excursion, which was a great courtesy. The only thing that held me back from giving a full 5-star rating was the room. Occasionally, there was a strange smell—similar to chlorine or a chemical odour—coming through the air conditioning vents. We had to open the balcony door a few times to clear it."

"Nice big apartment and plenty of amenities in the apartment. Nice view of th sea and mountains. It would have been helpful if we had been made aware of the work being done outside our room on Monday and Tuesday early in the morning. Otherwise we had a nice4 day stay "

"I had such a fantastic time here for my 26th birthday I came on a solo trip. I stayed in one of the villas right by the sea and it was the most relaxing and beautiful place I’ve been to. Staff were very helpful and the self accommodation meant I could cook my own food "

"Room must have been decorated in 1970’s and given a clean not long after ! Light switch beside the bed would not turn off , only way to sleep was to take the key out and have no electric ! Could nt charge phones for trip home Avoid this hotel "

"We had great time at Ona Alborada. We must to thank the whole staff, in particular Vanessa, Giorgia, Carlos and Carlos the Reception Manager for being looking after us. Special thanks to the breakfast staff as fot being the holy Easter week, they have been over any expectation. They were all and above , massive queue every morning outside but very smooth going through...the lady welcoming us at the breakfast was just amazing and was also everywhere during breakfast time. The whole staff i have to say very attentive and professional at the top level. For an easy place like that they would deserve 10 stars, not only 5. To everyone, a massive thank you for making our short holiday break memorable!!! Pretty sure we will see you soon again!!!"
