Underwhelming. This is a very ordinary hotel, despite the hot tubs, pool and spa. The decor is vile, all dull browns with turquoise. The room overlooking the lake was beautiful and the spa was amazing! Just make sure you book the thermal journey with the hotel asap as it gets booked up very quickly and we nearly missed out. The thermal spa journey was by far the best experince.
