This pretty 80 m² townhouse can accommodate up to 6 people and is spread over 3 levels:

First floor
- Living room with a comfortable lounge area and a dining table.

- Double room with queen size bed 160

Mezzanine (Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for young children.)

Ideally located, the house is in a very pleasant area, 5 minutes from downtown and its main street. You will find all types of shops (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...)

The village, in the heart of a valley, is located at an altitude of 210 meters.
The commune of Lorgues is bordered by fourteen wine-producing properties, such as Domaines Viticoles and châteaux, Domaine and AOC "Côtes-de-provence" cellars around the cooperative cellar "Le Cellier des Lorguians" and many others...

La Forge des Templiers "( ) - Logement situé dans le centre ville de Lorgues, possibilité de tout faire à pied (restaurant, tabac, supermarché…) - Très bien équipé - Relativement propre sauf tapis et canapé du 1er étage et taie d’oreillers. (-) -Logement sur deux étages, malheureusement avec cette chaleur c’était compliquée. Pas de Clim. Deux ventilateurs 1er prix mis à disposition mais non suffisants. Velux sans voile d’ombrage donc la chaleur tape directement dans le logement… - Aucun rideau, beaucoup de lumière entrante dans le logement le soir car il y a des lampadaires extérieur à côté de la fenêtre de la chambre"

La Forge des Templiers "Small and quaint house situated just off the Main Street of Lorgues. Simple and uncluttered interior. Stairs to the first and second floor are tight but manageable. Ideal location in town and has the benefit of a garage to the left of the property where you can park off the road. All in all a great place for a great price."

La Forge des Templiers "Le logement n'était pas vraiment conforme aux photos. Aucune portes ne se fermaient. La chambre avait des taches d'infiltrations. Les deux escaliers dans le logement sont plutôt dangereux (pas de rampe pour l'un des deux, donc attention aux enfants). Lave vaisselle et aspirateur pas très fonctionnels. L'accès au logement était impossible en voiture pour cause de travaux (on ne nous a pas informé). Point positif: Accès au centre ville à pied très rapide et logement propre."

La Forge des Templiers Tyvärr fungerade inte kommunikationen med värden särskilt bra. Vi påpekade flera brister med diskmaskinen som inte satt fast utan välte framåt samt att dammsugaren inte fungerade. Ingen respons fick klara oss utan dammsugare vilket innebar problem för en av oss som har allergi. Lägenheten är trevligt inredd sängarna mycket bra men dåligt med dagsljus. Läget är fantastiskt bra lugn och tyst gata. Garaget fantastiskt bra

Il n'est pas indiqué que le s lits de la mezzanine sont ouvert sur L'escalier, la photo de publicité fait penser à une chambre fermée. Vraiment dommage. La personne qui nous a accueillie est très agréable, sympa. Merci à elle."

La Forge des Templiers rien à dire, logement impeccable !

Le logement est bien situé propre et bien géré par la société de gérance. Les literies son confortable.... Mon insatisfaction vient du fait que je suis partie avec deux collègues pour du travaille et que je me retrouve dans un logement ou ni la sdb ni les WC ne ferme (merci pour l'intimité) Niveau sécurité l'escalier de la mezzanine tien avec des équerres et est branlant tout comme les gardes de corps de la mezzanine et des deux escaliers. La cuisine : les portes son désaxés (ont à pas trop osé s'en servir du coup). Les volets de la chambre laisse passer le jour et avec les ferrures et le grillage pour les ouvrirs et les fermer c'est compliqué, un des garçons c'est déchiré un gants en voulant l'ouvrir, heureusement qu'il les portait sinon c'était la main. Joli logement mais vraiment trop bricoler ou pas assez pour les portes. Inadapté aux enfants et aux personnes plus âgés qui pourrait avoir des soucis d'équilibre. C'est super dangereux.
