The refuge of the ria near the Crozon peninsula

With its very large living room bathed in sunshine and its view of the sea, you will benefit from ideal conditions for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The sailing club and coastal path, accessible on foot from the house, will allow you to discover the idyllic setting of the south of the harbor of Brest. The cottage is a wooden architect's house which makes it really warm. The beautiful view of the sea and the countryside as well as the large, beautifully landscaped garden brings you an atmosphere of calm and serenity. There is no nuisance around. The accommodation has been very well thought out with its large bay windows which give access to the semi-closed terrace and the other open one. A real invitation to enjoy the garden which is more has no opposite.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits et 2 jours dans cette très belle maison, aidés par une super météo . La maison bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la mer et d'un excellent emplacement pour partir sur les sentiers .

Cuisine et espaces de vie ouverts, idéal pour profiter de bons moments de convivialité en famille. Maison tout équipée, terrasse extérieure couverte, au calme (située au bout du chemin). Nous étions 10 de 18 à 78 ans le temps d'un week-end.

Un week-end magnifique sans cette superbe maison ! Malgré un samedi sous la tempête... La maison est géniale, spacieuse, lumineuse. Parfaite pour des moments entre copines ! La vue sur la ria est "wouah"! La literie est de qualité, un vrai plaisir... Très bonne communication avec l'hôte ! Foncez ! Les yeux fermés...

Magnifique villa avec vue exceptionnelle sur mer et campagne finistérienne ! Nous avons vécu un exceptionnel séjour dans ce refuge idéal pour une grande famille, rien ne manque dans cette villa spacieuse et confortable. Un excellent we entre amis au calme et dans un cadre très agréable, à quelques pas de l’océan. Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée ! Nous avons même profité d’un déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse (et oui le 1er mars !!!!). Le baby-foot a ravi petits et grands. Xavier est très disponible et réactif. Logement idéal pour 2/3 familles avec enfants/adolescents.
