"Our stay was spoilt by the unpleasant verbal and aggressive attitude of our neighbours. Because we had it transpired, parked in their designated parking bay on our first day. We did receive the instructions for the correct parking space for our property until the following day. I would suggest the correct bay is marked clearly with the house number, so future guests don’t experience the same rudeness and verbal abuse we did."

"Booked due to heatwave & they had air-conditioning & pet friendly The hotel was modern & room was ok, smaller than we are used to, but ok for a night or 2 Location is central, but Bridgewater itself doesn't really have a lot to do. Good if you are visiting family or friends, or for business"

There is a pub directly opposite and my room faced it so there was a bit of noise and not quite as peaceful as I was hoping. No air con in the rooms probably due to the age but the fan provided was of good quality. Beds really comfy and I got a good nights sleep. Would reccommend"

"The room was large and airy and comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom had a rainfall shower over the bath, which was lovely - the shower had a decent flow rate (sometimes they can be rather inadequate). The receptionist was friendly, and check-in was simple. The Ways Inn is rooms only, (no restaurant) but the nearby services are more than adequate. There is outdoor seating, if the weather is good. Despite being just off the M5 the Inn is very quiet. Parking is included. For an overnight stop it was brilliant, and I'd happily book it again."

"Location is superb - stone’s throw from seafront and in amongst all the shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking on site. Our room with terrace and partial sea view was lovely. Clearly been modernised fairly recently and had everything we needed, including a fan (and a beaver!) Shower was excellent and very clean bathroom. Aside from our room, breakfast had great selection and all the staff were polite and pleasant. The breakfast room was very hot with very few windows open. Parts of the hotel are looking very tired and could do with an uplift. Games room smelled very musty. Check in and out could be better. Receptionist on phone both times (personal not business) and ended up just leaving key on desk on check out."
