"We stayed at this cozy farmhouse just outside Chattanooga for our 10-year-old’s birthday trip, and it was absolutely perfect! She brought a friend along, and they had the best time. The open backyard gave them plenty of space to run and play, and the tire swing was a huge hit—they spent hours out there just being kids.One of the highlights was getting to visit the chickens each day. The girls were so excited every morning to go out and say hello. One of the evenings, we all gathered around the fire pit to make s’mores, which made for such special memories.The house itself was warm, clean, and homey—just what we were hoping for. It’s close enough to Chattanooga that we could easily do all the fun touristy things during the day, but far enough out that we got to enjoy quiet, peaceful nights.This place had the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Highly recommend for families looking for a memorable getaway"

"My daughter got married at High Point Farms about 1.5 miles away. This VRBO was perfect for meeting our needs. Lots of wildlife to be seen. The host was incredibly helpful with changes/requests and always answered promptly. It is secluded! So quiet at night!!! You do run out of paved road for a short while as you climb up the drive through the forest. Lovely!"

"My wife and I stayed a few days to celebrate our birthdays - one day apart - as well as our 43rd wedding anniversary. We fell in love the the quiet, peaceful surroundings and the aesthetics of the property and home. It was beautiful, clean, and very easy to find. We loved the brook in the back yard, and I enjoyed the hot tub a time or two. A couple of tips: the closest grocery store is about a half hour one way, so plan your provisions wisely. Also, there is no conventional oven, but there was a toaster oven and a grill, and we improvised just fine. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this to any of our friends and family. "

"This was a great property for our large family to get together for a weekend getaway! There are 20 of us total and plenty of space for all of us including young kids, teenagers and adults. The separated two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette was great for putting kids down for naps or having just some extra space. The outdoor space was great with lots of outdoor games in the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very nice in checking in with us during our check in and check out and available as we needed. We didn't see the hot tub which was on the listing but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Overall, it was a great property with available owner and fit our needs for a great family weekend together."
